Want a delicious way to maintain a healthy gut? Try this easy 3-ingredient, low-calorie smoothie.

Did you know that pineapple, cucumber, and ginger, when combined in a smoothie are the best natural way to clear your bowels? They're delicious together!


I use coconut water as a base for hydration but filtered water is just fine. Always use organic ingredients when possible. We are trying to remove toxins.


I add parsley for liver cleansing or papaya for gut health. But, I love to add any super greens or herbs, like basil, chard, spinach, etc.


You can add a banana if you like it heartier, or an avocado for protein, or protein powder, or berries, ANYthing your heart desires. But these three ingredients will do the trick, with no harsh side-effects like some laxatives or colon cleanses.
